Check-in time is any time after 12.00 pm (not guaranteed due to high volume of occupancy). If you arrive earlier, the receptionist will be pleased to store your luggage until your room is ready.Guest will be required to present his own valid credit/debit card upon check-in along with a valid form of identification, especially if you have already prepaid by a credit card your reservation before your arrival.We will make every effort to honour special requests (such as a specific floor or room number, roll-away beds, crib, etc.) upon arrival. However the availability of these items cannot be guaranteed in advance.Should you need to confirm an earlier arrival time than the hotel standard check-in time, please contact the hotel directly in advance. If you plan to arrive earlier that the hotel’s check-in time and to want to be sure you will get your room, then we suggest you to booked also the night before.
Check-out is at midday. If you require a later check-out, please contact the receptionist before 11 AM on the day of departure and we will do our best to accommodate your request but we cannot guarantee that it would be possible. For prepaid reservations, you have to pay in advance either by a valid credit card or by bank transfer. Please note that if the payment is done with a credit card belonging to another person who won’t be present at the hotel, we will need a written authorization send by the credit card holder with a copy of his credit card and a copy of his ID. The hotel reserves all rights to refuse the access of the room to any guests who are not able to show us the credit card he used for his prepaid reservation or if we did not received the authorization before his arrival.For non-prepaid reservations, upon arrival, you can pay cash or by a credit card number such as VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Diners.
Children under the age of 6 Years sharing parent’s room shall not be charged for accommodation. However, if extra bed is required extra person rate will be applicable at the rate of 1,000/- per child between 7-12 Years of Age. Above 12 Years of age 1,500/- per child is applicable.
1. Before 48 Hours of the Check-in date: 25% Deduction is applicable, Rest 75% will be refunded. 2. Between 24 to 48 Hours of the Check-in date- 50% deduction is applicable, rest 50% will be refunded. 3. Within 24 Hours of the Check-in date – NO REFUND. 4. Refund is not applicable in case of natural calamity. 5. Guaranteed reservation will be held until only on deposit of 25% of Total Invoice amount
Upon receiving the request for cancellation from the guest (as per cancellation policy), the hotel will immediately contact the bank to handle the crediting process. The refund will be made through the credit card used to purchase. In a normal scenario, the refunded amount shall reflect in the next billing cycle of the credit card. However, it could take around 30 - 45 business days for the actual crediting to take place depending on the bank’s practice. In case of request and as per management decision the amount can be refunded by other Digital payment modes.
Identity Proof Policy
As per Government regulations, we request all guests (on single/double/triple occupancy) to carry a photo identity to present on check-in. Foreign nationals are required to present their valid passport and visa. Indian nationals can present any government-issued photo identity address proof card e.g. driving license, passport, Aadhar card or voter’s ID card.Note: PAN Card will not be accepted.
