He has insightful experience in growing an organization from start-up stage to fully matured business operations. Experience in handling a wide spectrum of activities for business growth – sales and marketing activities, developing business plans/marketing strategies, implementing and executing them in real time sales environments, product strategy, product marketing.
Saroj is a serial entrepreneur with an overall experience of over 25 years in managing hotel and travel sales. Sales & Marketing, Business Development, Client Relationship Management and Team Management in Travel Agency, Airline and Hospitality Industry is what he has been doing for past 20 years.
He is responsible for the efficient running of the Sales division in line with Offbeat Trip’s Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. As Director of Sales he is responsible to provide leadership in all selling activities within the hotel, working closely with the Rooms, Food and Beverage and other revenue-generating departments to maximise sales through the activities of the Sales Department and other employees.
Mayank is a highly inspired, passionate and devoted innovator with an experience to aim and ensure that strategic plans & objectives of business needs are accomplished by applying guidelines and procedure for the benefit of company.
